The Gallery of Cultural Institute of Vojvodina's Slovaks is located on Trifković's Square in Novi Sad (entrance from the street of Njegoševa no. 16 / II / 7). It is primarily intended for exhibitions of Slovak painters, sculptors, well-known painters of the naive art and other artists. Oftentimes it is involved in local and regional events, such as the Night of Museums, the Danube dialogues exhibition, etc.
This Gallery has a permanent exhibition which consists of portraits of historical significant figures from Vojvodina's Slovak culture, portrayed by Pavel Pop and Pavel Čani. Every year in early August Gallery opens art works of famous Slovak painters exhibition which is a part of Slovak National celebrations.
Next to the exhibitions, many literary evenings, musicological conferences, seminars, performances, creative workshops, etc., are also held in the Gallery. These events are in accordance with the plan and program of the Cultural Institute of Vojvodina's Slovaks, the professional cultural institution that was established in 2008 in order to preserve, improve and develop the culture of Slovaks living in Serbia.
